I am the voice of the unspoken words that breathe in the lungs of the heroically silent.

I am the undying cry of a mother unable to feed here children without selling her mind, body, and soul.

I am words of gold taken out of context and treated like nickels, bagged up to be sold for next to nothing on the corners.

I am the voice of a generation, a young unheard generation. You preach that we never listen and we only need to learn, yet there were things we were born to teach.

I am living the life I was meant to live. The life of art. The life of Expression.
I am living Expression
This blog is about many things, however, it is also about one thing. It is about people. It is about literature and music. I is about photography, graphic designing, and old school pen, pad, and pencil. This is about living life, and yet it is about so much more than that. This is about living a special life; a life that is lager than itself. This is about living an artistic life. This is about taking something that has been around for centuries and revamping it. This is about remembering our history, and about creating our future. This is about reserving a special place in history, because the way we live today will be remembered tomorrow.
Hello my name is Benjamin Jackson. My passion in life is poetry. I feel my happiest when I'm writing. I know I'm not the only person who feels like this. So I'm here so present to the world those other people that feel like I do. I hope you enjoyed the my poem, "Poetic", I thought it would be the best way to introduce myself.
Two or three times a week I'm going to come here and give my opinion about a recent national, or world events. Then I'm going to feature a piece of art, along with it's artist and get their opinions on some things as well. Some people might say that we're just kids, and that we do not understand the world enough to have opinions. We say they're wrong.
